These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KD NexCore Technologies' website and services. By accessing our site or engaging with our KD NexCore consulting, implementation, customization, hosting, or support services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Website
You may not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation. Content is provided "as is" for general information related to KD NexCore and our services.
Engagements & Proposals
Project scope, timelines, and fees are defined in written proposals or Statements of Work. Any changes require mutual written agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements and timely feedback.
- Ensure access to required infrastructure and data.
- Comply with licensing of KD NexCore/Frappe and any third-party tools.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, custom code or deliverables created for you will be licensed or assigned as per the contract. Pre-existing IP, frameworks, and tools remain the property of their respective owners.
Warranties & Liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as required by law, we disclaim implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach if not cured within a reasonable period, or as otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan, with consideration of our operations in UAE and Liberia where relevant.
